WHEN WILL FANATICS PRE-ORDERS START SHIPPING? 

Fanatics is shipping from November 30th. We will send customers who have purchased Fanatics a confirmation email once their preorder ships.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once we have received your order, we will notify you by email with confirmed date of dispatch and timeline for delivery.

Note that international deliveries will take longer to arrive than those within the UK, so please take this into account before submitting your order.

HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?

Shipping within the UK: A shipping fee of £4.99 GBP will be charged. This is a tracked delivery and you will receive your order within 48 hours of receiving your shipment confirmation. 

Shipping outside of the UK: All orders to eligible EU countries will be charged a shipping fee of £9.99 GBP. If you’re ordering from outside of the UK and EU, you will be charged a shipping fee that is calculated at checkout.

Payment method: For all orders we accept payments by debit or credit card (AMEX, Master, Visa) and Apple or Google Pay.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

Yes, we deliver to selected countries worldwide.

However, we have no control over any customs fees, import duties or taxes charged by your country once your order reaches you.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

To receive a refund, please return your item(s) to us within 14 days of the delivery date in the same condition you received it.

If your order is incorrect, or the contents reached you damaged, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including any original shipping costs. If a return is made for any other reason, the purchaser bears the total shipping costs but receives a full refund of the purchase price.
